The staff were very helpful and took trouble to work through the options to ensure I had the optimum selections. The embroidery is very neat and the items, polo shirt, jumper and waterproof jacket were delivered to me two weeks after ordering, as predicted.

This was our third time using Cardiff Embroidery, ordering custom embroidered hoodies, fleeces, t-shirts and beanies. As always, quality was spot on and our members, yet again, were super impressed with the pricing options available.Communication was faultless (even with my endless questions), production was really efficient and delivery was SO quick!Really recommend for any club or society kit - pricing is very reasonable and the team are happy to discuss potential customisation options. I needed to get branded uniform for my personal training business but had no idea on how to go about it. After an email to Cardiff Embroidery and a speedy response, I popped down to their showroom to see what they had. Incredibly helpful staff who helped me decided on what to get and gave me different options. The mock ups were sent to me to approve before the garments were embroided. The whole process was totally stress free and so quick! Would highly recommend Cardiff Embroidery to anyone looking to have anything done and will definitely be using them for all future uniform requirements!

Cardiff Embroidery produced a short run of staff aprons for us. They were quick with communication in advance, very friendly and helpful service when I went in to drop the garments off and a very professional finish on the finished design. I am very impressed! Turnaround was a good few days, but that is to be expected with a busy business! I would 100% use them again!

After ordering something via a third party, I wanted to change the order. I spoke directly with Cardiff Embroidery to do so. They were great at helping me pick exactly what I wanted and patient in changing the invoice accordingly. Once I’d made payment they were very prompt at sending the order which I received today. The clothing is of good quality and fits well. My experience with purchasing from Cardiff Embroidery was excellent - thank you very much.
