Apparicio Hairdressing

Awful stressful experience. Unfriendly stylist who spent the whole time checking the time. You are only given a 45 minute slot for a wash, cut and style and I was running 7 minutes late due to a very busy multistorey carpark and road closure on the way. I had a phone call telling me if i didnt arrive very soon i would not be able to have an appointment today. I have never experienced this in any other salon where everything is rushed. It's usually a relaxing time. I will not be returning.

Had a great hair cut by Kizzie yesterday. Got the appointment on standby so was extra cheap! You can book the day before to get the standby price. The other staff there were so friendly to me. Looking forward to returning there!

My wife goes here for an amazing haircut, but they have also allowed my children to have their haircut too. Amazingly friendly and accommodating staff with great skills. Thank you!

I went there by an accident and it happened to be one of the best hair makeovers I had from a long time. They were super nice and very welcoming. My hair was done by Beth. She listens to our requirement and explains how it will look with our hair before the haircut and make it happen in the best possible way. Beautifully done. Thank you very much and totally worth for the price.

Kizzie is amazing at what she does and always does the best job and makes me feel so comfortable and is always there to support me . Me , my mum and my sister go to this hairdressers and the staff are so polite and are so helpful . I cant wait to go again this half term xx

I have no layers in my hair and needed a simple trim, I didn't think anything would go wrong with it. I showed the hairstylist how much I wanted it off, she did cut more than I have asked which isn't the issue as hair grows but one side of my hair is at least an inch shorter than the other side. I didn't go in with one side of my hair shorter, I am trying to be understanding as the hairstylist could have had a bad day but its not an excuse! There was no technicality in the way she had cut my hair, my usual hairdressers holds both sides checking whether its same length, they go over it. This one just went snip snip snip no checking and leaving me with a year of growing out the bad mistake she has done. My 5 year old could have done a better job honestly. I have tried to even it myself but I can't help feeling angry. Please if you go here for haircut just watch what they are doing, this was a hairstylist that worked there for years, not a trainee. Which fuels my anger even more.

You will be treated with more respect by your own enemies. Do not go to this business as the owner is so rude and abrupt. I was speechless. Richard is disgusting the way he handles situations..has no problem solving skills, no people skills and does not know how to approach a situation in a professional manner. A minor situation can turn into something so big when all he had to do was deal with a different approach.
