I have just completed the Future Leaders Academy course, with Kuldip as my mentor. The course which has been 12 months in total has been thoroughly insightful and has helped me to grow intrinsically in my role as a manager. Each session has equipped me with new leadership and business skills and framed invaluable teachings in interactive and dynamic ways. A big thanks to Kuldip for coaching us through each session and making them fun and engaging. My confidence and personal development has grown and I feel ready and equipped to move forward to the next step in my career. A great programme!

I have been working with Kuldip on the Future Business Leaders course for the past year. The sessions have covered a wide range of topics, supporting many aspects of leadership that will enable me to get the best from my team. The monthly sessions were focused, engaging and covered the right amount in the allocated time. Kuldip ensured we were all engaged and actively a part of the sessions, which made them enjoyable and definitely aided learning! I’d highly recommend the course to anyone wanting to improve their leadership skills.

I started having group sessions with Parag. I did this for 2 years. I then went on and did 1 to 1 sessions with kooks and I have joined the accountability club with margarida. Since working with these guys I have managed to get my business’s to run more profitably and more efficiently whilst at the same time gaining time back for myself. Some of the key things that I have learned are how to prioritise, manage time, set goals. Whilst working with kooks one of the most valuable things I learned as how to have difficult conversations. The whole experience has been life changing and I highly recommend these guys.

The Future Leader's Academy course has been an excellent way to absorb leadership skills and learn different leadership techniques and ways to move forward within your business. Kuldip has led each session proactively and has engaged with each of the cohort individually and over the past year. As a group we have all grown and developed a variety of new skills to take back into our businesses. An excellent programme!

The Future Leaders Academy course has been really great. I was struggling to adapt from a technical position to a leadership position but these sessions have given me invaluable tools to help me in achieving far better results from my team and giving myself more time to focus on the bigger picture aspects of the business. I have taken away a lot from all of the sessions but the ones that particularly helped me were how and why delegation is critical, resolving conflict and coaching skills.I would highly recommend this course if you want to take that next career step and become a leader in your team/business.
