Best letting agent in Hyde Park, great service and better than any other letting agent I’ve had in my 4 years of uni. Don’t rip you off like all the others. Amelia is really helpful and is always fast at replying and sorting out any issues.

Moved into the house which was uncleaned, had persistent problems with mould and damp which were never fixed. To be fair, they did attempt to fix the issue after our emails but it was clear it was a structural issue and the house was not fit to be let out.

I have been a tenant of their's for a number of years and I have personally never had any cause for complaint. I have only experienced one or two issues whilst living in my property but they have always been addressed promptly.They are always very good at communicating when they need access, for things like gas and electrical safety inspections. From an administrative perspective, they are always very friendly and willing to help.

Khia has been absolutely amazing from the minute we signed our contract. Whenever there has been an issue, they have been able to fix it with minimal fuss and within a short amount of time. No problem is too small!I would highly recommend diamond properties.

Lived with Diamond for the last year of university, and after having problems with other agencies I can confidently say that they have been fantastic, they made sure that all our needs were met, had no hidden fees, no hidden damages to the property and have been incredibly attentive with us. Massive shoutout to Khia especially, who worked with us to make sure we were comfortable and happy in the property. I would absolutely recommend them and would absolutely rent with them again if I had the chance. Can not recommend enough.

Unprofessional and unreliable. Continuously lied about the house being ready each week (as it was being refurbished) and each week I would come from Manchester only to be told the house was not ready. Wasted trips three times and brought all my stuff with me. I asked for a refund on rent and they issued a refund of 1.5 weeks worth of rent. Also when there was maintenance issues with the house they were really unreliable and would show up weeks later. Another landlord also stated they had issues with this company saying they are unreliable and do not treat their tenants respectfully.

Had a multitude of issues with one of their properties from day 1, from furniture not being there, to issues with utilities and other household problems, including a serious plumbing problem. When issues have been raised with diamond, we've been met with reluctance and attitude. Would not recommend the company.

When we moved into our house last year nothing had been done to clean after the last tenants- the toilet was black, toenails on the carpet, microwave didn’t work etc. Appliances were fixed fairly quickly but we had to do the deep clean which was quite unacceptable. Emails were always answered fairly promptly and Rachel was so lovely. There was major disruption for a week during my dissertation where doorframes were being fitted which we received no compensation for but overall we’ve had a good experience with Diamond and I’m sure the next tenants will now the house is in order, would recommend.
