Very friendly and welcoming staff. I have quite long hair and the suggestions for maintaining are very useful. I was originally getting cuts locally but decided to try a barbers in the city. You can tell right away that they are experienced and confident. Thanks!

Fitted me in with out an appointment which was amazing.Also witness the family feel when regular customers come which was great to see. Now for the hair cut was one of the best I have had thank you.

I visited this shop and although a warm welcome on entering. I found I was sitting in the waiting room and noticed that none of the staff bothered with practising Covid 19 work practices each customer and staff member never used face masks. I had to walk out in the end as after a customer left they were brash enough to throw their arm around each member of the staff and then fail to disinfect the tools or customer area. Having worked throughout this pandemic with the NHS I find this lack of good practise infuriating.Just sayin

I was in Unitsix this morning when the incident happened all of the barbers including mine had masks or face visors on. When entering the shop there are masks and sanitiser available and you are encouraged to wear one while in the seating area sitting apart from other customers. You can also wear one while getting your hair cut but it is at your discretion. I have been coming for Unitsix for years the shop is immaculate and the staff are all following the guidelines.

I'm 52 and not blessed with a mop of hair but like to have what I have cut properly. Would normally be put off by city centre barbers and tended to stay local. However I was recommended to go here for the quality of the cut as my hair grows I clumps and realised a good cut grows well. Lee does my hair every 4 weeks and I genuinely feel younger and better looking when I leave !

Best Barbers in the city! Always very professional and a great atmosphere! As for the earlier Alex Sinclair review with regards to covid practices this is false as I was present at the time this person entered and when they were politely asked to put a mask on they stormed out and seems like a bitter attempt to tarnish a great business.
