Edit:Terrible company, will not do an AGM which is overdue, they act as a Director of the company, but shouldnt act and will not resign.Customer services to be fair are actually quite good, but let down by their accounts and management. Sent an email over 2 weeks ago, and just get the standard... someone will call you next week, but never happens.Edit- that was only today when i called again. The previous times i was told will be last week and the week before.

Been with KT management for 13 years. They are aggressive nasty and will not help at all with any issues, I’ve had before now except Julie who is helpful.They charge us debt collecting fees because other people won’t pay. They have put a lock on the bins outside and refuse to give us a code saying we are not suppose to use them after 13 years . No we’re to put bins out front unless left on pathment (health and safety ) . We get charged a load of money just to park our car outside our garage. They do nothing for us .Don’t get me wrong Julie was very polite and showed empathy on the phone and is trying to solve my issue regarding disposal of my rubbish . Which is the first for KT management .Julie has just called after 13 years of dealing with KT management they have finally employed a person with empathy and understanding. It’s been a pleasure talking to someone who would listen. Thank you Julie.This review was a bout dealing with KT management for 13 years not just about we’re to put my rubbish .I have been advised that bins will be delivered and we would have to use them . God knows we’re they are going to go because my front garden is small , very small and we have nowhere . I’ll just have to leave them on pavement like our neighbour does.

One of the Worst management company I have ever seen. They are managing our apartments where I rented in coventry.Communal door is broken and they said they are replacing the door for the past two years and they didn't do.. Even if we mail them about the incidents they are not worried. They are also not worried about damages caused to the building by strangers.I strongly don't recommend this company and don't fall in trap

Absolutely terrible management company. Slow at responding to issues. Give the bear minimum or services. I've had to email them and remind them of the laws on testing units. State of the grounds, maintenance, constant emails to remind them. It has taken me 4 years for them to get the residential bin area secured due to fly tipping. Then they find the most cheapest way in trying to resolve the problem without any real thought process as to further issues developing. Would rather have a bunch of monkeys managing the place.... Oh sorry, I forgot..... We have.

Phoned up and staff are very polite and very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Horrendous company, modern day highway-men. Send invoices via standard (non recorded post) then demand late fees and threaten with legal action continually. When you do get a response from them it’s condescending and unhelpful in every way. Watchdog needs to get involved with these cowboys.In response to your reply - I’ve tried discussing via email and like I said - all communication from your company is condescending and rude there for it’s not “unprofessional” to make people aware of how you operate. If you want to see unprofessional I can send you the correspondence from your accounts department or would you rather I post on here??

If i could give 0* I would, the staff are terrible took months to investigate a problem to the property building. NOT customer friendly, They wanted a contractor out to the property on their time. When told I was unavailable they simply didn't care. Staff has lied and actually hung up on me. As somebody who is disabled and suffer with chest pains and regular hospital visits, bad anxiety and phycological trauma and advice from my doctor that i need to step away for a little to allow time to heal they didn't care and kept insisting and pushing the visit for their time. The staff are rude, slow at investigating problems, and have no care if your sick and disabled and just hang the phone up on you. And not sympathetic at all when you are alone and have nobody in your life to help you.

Very professional and approachable company. They have kept our estate in tip top condition for years. Whenever there is any issue you can contact them and get it resolved in a fast and professional manner. Would highly recommend

A great management company from my experiences of dealing with them over the years. The estate has always been kept in great condition with regular cleaning and maintenance of all the communal areas. Cant really find fault and would highly recommend!
