IMO Car Wash
car wash ripped my front plate, i asked for help. The advice from carwash was to go bigger scruels by myself. I have to book my car to service after this.

IMO Car Wash
This car wash used to be great but it has been taken over by new people in the last few months. I've been three times and asked for the £2 car wash and every time I've been told that it's not available, despite it being advertised. They seem to only want customers to pay for the more expensive options as the cheaper ones are 'not good.' Will be finding a new place to wash my car.

Accusing me of trying to be a fraud to get a claim as the car wash snapped my wing mirror, gave me attitude while i was writing the record incident formNEVER GO, As its All my fault apparently, gonna look at the cctv footage tomorrow and once he sees im right probably delete the footage, thats the sort of person he is

This place used to be good. But now unless you pay for the £6 and up you are told ‘no shampoo’ ‘ no shampoo’ over and over again as they only want you spending the upper fees. He is not lying, there really is no shampoo to wash you car with bellow the £6. In fact it’s just a rinse and definitely not what is advertised on their pricing board. So for me this place is scamming under new management. I’ve tested it a few times and this is a constant

I recommend NEVER going here! My mother's wheel came off the track and my mother didn't touch a thing. He tried to blame it all on my mother also. He was very rudely shouting at my mother and refused to give a refund then he tried to say that he would give her a free car wash the next time we come but we will never be coming here again!

Not long home from using this car wash and it's stripped the lacquer off part of my drivers side rear door. Don't think I'll be taking my Mercedes back there. Don't know if it was the guy with the jet wash or the brushes but either way it's going to cost me to rectify this.

Went to Tesco IMO car wash today and as the staff member went to line my car up on the tracks I felt a judder from the front wheel where it was incorrectly placed. After the wash noticed the paint on my alloy is damaged. Will never go there again. My car wasn’t even that clean after £13 wash….shocking service.

Their card machine packed in and I didn't have any cash. There is a cash point in Tesco next door and I offered they take my details and registration and I would return immediately following the wash with payment. They refused to let me do this, instead having the entire queue reverse around the bend to allow me to reverse out. This was not before they covered my alloys in wheel cleaner but not rinsing. Fantastic.

I showed up twice 2 days in a row and it was closed for maintenance on both days, the 3 times I've managed to get a car wash has been decent though, quick, efficient and gets the job done. Not a good replacement for a full valet, but handy in between big washes to keep the outside a little cleaner.
