Michele was recommended to me, and I am so pleased that she was! I was having some challenges with my 9-month-old Cavachon. Michele came over and gave such clear, reassuring, warm advice that myself and my partner have been implementing ever since. Michele is really warm, funny and compassionate without any sign of judgment, Michele has reminded us to enjoy ourselves in the training process frequently which is important when things are challenging. Michele’s follow up advice via email has been brilliant, really clearly laid out, thoughtful and extremely helpful. Michele gave us specific advice about the use of our body language and tone of voice; when and how to use these. We can already see a difference in our puppy’s behaviour, and we are also aware (from sound advice from Michele) that the journey ahead will be up and down. I cannot recommend Michele highly enough.
