The older lady Jaz is so rude, will never be going in there again. She shouted and swore at me across the shop infront of other customers for scanning parcels she asked me to do myself. No way to speak to anyone. Every time I’ve been into the shop they’ve all been unfriendly, avoid.

Avoid at all costs. Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff member as mentioned in other reviews.For local people wishing to drop off packages, there is an InPost locker service at the big sainsburys. Much easier and the machines don't act as if they are inconvenienced!

Disgusting customer service. The lady in there is horrible and rude and does not know how to speak to customers. Absolutely vile i would recommend no one to go here. Needs to be closed down!

I'm not about the negative reviews, but I went in today and a lovely young lady was really polite and helped me when I was struggling with my parcel return. Also nice little convenience shop with plenty on offer.

Extremely rude woman!! I will never enter this shop again. The woman should not be allowed to offer an amazon collection service. Avoid at all cost!!

Twice i have visited this shop before and on both occasions the lady was unfriendly. I accept these may have been off days. Today once again i was served by the same rude lady. A quick tip - smile and engage positively with your customers - trust me it will definately create repeat business, because they want to shop with you not because other shops are closed on a bank holiday with little other choice.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Rude woman behind counterWent in to send a parcel back , she said have I got a barcode printed I said no sorry only on my phoneshe then pointed to where I needed to go . I said can you help me as no point pointing I don’t know what to do.She then said I’m eating ,I then said to her customer service is disgraceful and she told me to get out her shop !

Extremely rude and unhelpful woman staffing this place. Misaligned Evri printer, refused to help, blamed me and seemed completely disinterested and disrespectful. Printed elsewhere and same label worked perfectly fine. Avoid.

What a shame in the town.I was trying to return my package from Amazon,and I found that this shop is providing a service that didn't required my package of my parcel.When I arrived ,the person incharge told me I must prepare my package very rudely . Her attitude was very horrible and shameful
