Beautiful bookshop for little ones nestled just off the main road. A great variety of books and some brilliant recommendations given. An absolute must visit for any budding book lover or those just popping through Mirfield for the day. Can't wait to take my daughter back!

Wonderful little bookshop with a fantastic selection for all ages and always happy to recommend titles too. Vouchers available via the shop or you can message them and they'll gladly post one out (handy if you're living away from family like me!). Despite being a children's bookshop, if there's an adult title you want they'll also happily order that up for you and they can also take orders via messages if you can't make it into the shop - we got some titles posted out during lockdown. Highly recommend.

Edit: her name was actually Leanne.I was in a blackhole of “oh my goodness.. what can I buy for a man who doesn’t need anything? I spent days, weeks and months searching! I had always walked past this shop and dismissed it in passing.. I went in and spoke to the wonderful lady. I am so sorry.. I have a bad memory! It was Leanne or something! I told her the vagueries of what I was looking for. She NAILED IT! First choice!! I am very grateful for the personal touch. I very much recommend that anyone and everyone who wants proper customer service and proper INSIGHT visits this bookshop. It is absolutely wonderful. The book she chose for me will be the PERFECT gift. Well done you!!

Lovely, personal shop with an astounding amount of shelf space for such a small unit. The owner is friendly, helpful and ready to give suggestions for books. I could live in this shop I love it so much!

I use this precious place for all my books! This is tooimportant a shop to be confined to the children! We must all value and nourish such institutions. JR

Such a super shop! Whenever we go it our boys (now 7 & 9) ALWAYS come out with something great to read.

An absolutely brilliant shop filled with incredible and beautiful looking books for every taste. Worth the small out of the way trip. It's magical.
