Very good. Prompt and clear communication, repair done with the quoted price. The bike was ready a day before my intended collection date. The booking system is straightforward, and getting updates via SMS is helpful. Will likely use again.

I haven’t been able to cycle yet, but this has been the most comfortable and professional service I’ve received in the cycle world so far. Everyone is incredibly friendly, prompt and super knowledgeable. It’s very easy and you’re kept up to date and informed the entire time. The only thing I’d say is I found it hard to find a customer contact as I’d have loved to change my delivery address, but the website doesn’t seem to provide a point of contact. Remarks on my delivery note were not responded to either. The local service (the delivery cyclist Colin especially) was what I loved best.

Having been blind-sided by the huge uplift from the already not cheap full service price in order to replace most parts of gear system (admittedly not replaced since purchase 4 years ago, and all very transparently displayed), I was very impressed at how my concerns were addressed and how we could come to an agreement based on what I could afford and what was safe for the bike. The individuals were a pleasure to deal with and the bike has been returned in immaculate condition. Whilst it is not a cheap service by any stretch, it is fast, convenient and very transparent.

The service was great.Personally I use my bike quit a lot, and now I can go home early from work. thank you guys I appreciate that. Its a well deserved 5 stars.However please make sure that the deliveries are better timed. That would be beautiful if you can mange that.Thank you.

Great service, super easy to use. They picked up my bike and let me know when they were outside. The service was faultless. I got regular updates on my bike servicing and requested some updates during the service for new cleet pedals and road tyres for which they supplied me optional quotes to choose from. As soon as my bike was ready, I could arrange delivery to have the bike returned. Super happy with the service so thank you!

Super easy to book online and staff in the shop were really friendly. My bike is in tip top condition after a service, I'm very greatful for the good work of the team. Also they were patient with me when I arrived to collect my bike at closing time, sorry about that!
