Perry Wood Car Park

Beautiful woods for walking the dog or letting the kids explore. Perry wood has some good views of the Kent downs with an interesting mix of trees and is well managed with Ample car parking and nice paths to guide you. Will definitely come here again.There are no bins here so if you are too lazy to your rubbish home or think it’s ok to litter then please do not bother visiting these woods.

Nice -fairly spacious midweek anyway . Lots of small lanes leading to Perry Wood . Drive carefully and stay safe people ✌️

Loved this woodland. Our Autumn visit was amazing in the sun with golden yellow and brown leaves of the sweet chestnut and beech trees so vibrant against the blue sky. The rope swings were amazing and fun. The view from the Pulpit was well worth the walk too.

Beautiful woods, quite and peaceful, need a map to find it, but worth the time.

A quiet location off the main roads. Good for woodland walks, nature studies, picnics, and other outdoor pursuits No public toilets available

This is the car park for Perry Woods (there's a clue in the title up there), it is actually quite large and has space for possibly thirty cars. It has paths leading off into the woods on all sides which is convenient for a stroll which is why we went there. The car park is tidy and clean, on our weekend visit there were about six vehicles, all families. There was a campervan (yes, I did recognise it even though it was dressed up as a stealth camper) on the site when we were there but there was no sign that they had been there overnight or were living there. In summary, a handy place to leave your car while you enjoy a walk in the woods, free and safe. Give it a go.

Had a nice walk with my boys ,was really water logged and the boys loved jumping in the puddles.

Beautiful, quiet. A lovely place for a dog walk. Plenty of parking (at the moment)
