Looked online then shopped in store. Very helpful staff member quickly found what I wanted. Excellent customer service and good price. Will definitely return. Worth the half hour drive to Whitstable.

I've been a regular customer here since 1994! I phoned first as I am 'vulnerable' and have seen very little sign of social distancing in Whitstable. They let us in and shut the shop whilst we chose and bought 3 lovely pairs of boots. Helpful girl, all sanitised payment, very careful. But as we left the shop there were people squeezing past us to get in. Its just ridiculous, stupid tourists. But Just Shoes is great.

An oasis for Pikolinos - alas the day I arrived though their website was showing stock for what I wanted there were none, I followed up with a call and was informed, yes they do update the stock daily - BUT they have another store offsite - so if you want something specific I would suggest if it is showing in stock, phone ahead. For all this I will be back BUT I will phone first.

Support local shops. This is my go to place for sandals in summer, boots in winter and shoes when I need them. I'm so pleased they are doing home deliveries during lockdown. I ordered online and the next day got two pairs on my doorstep. One didn't suit me so I requested an exchange, which was also done quickly. Quality shoes, quality service and it's a pleasure to support them in this difficult time.
