I came to OBP with a wish list having had a bad experience with a large accountancy firm. We have quickly built a solid relationship and feel I have a keen eye on things. Great use of simple technology, awesome communication (including coming to my office at key times), sound and timely advice and planning. Brilliant (bespoke) pay run facility and NEST processing. Responsive, reliable, professional, approachable. My third accountant in eight years and I won't be moving again. They cant do enough for you. Rare find these days.
