I can honestly say that Winkworth have restored my faith in estate agents. I rented a property for a year and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. George was my initial contact and the Alex throughout. Both great guys and I’m very pleased with the service I’ve received. I would 100% recommend and use for both rental and sales in the future.

Terrible experience.My partner and I, decided to start working with winkworth because they have great feedbacks on here and we are selling our flat. Unfortunately has been the worst experience we could have gone through. We were told that winkworth will take care of paying the marketing pictures of our flat that we were selling, I ended up paying them. We started working with Mr Will and for a month the communication was zero. So I decided to call their offices to find out what was going on, and found out that he just wasn't working any more at winkworth, no one had the courtesy to pick up the phone and let us know. And then we started to work with Mr George, the communication was even worse, we had a viewing and he never let us know about the feedback, he even never ever mentioned about that viewing. I couldn't believe it. Also sent viewers to our property without us knowing, people just turning up in our step door saying I'm coming for a viewing... And again silence more silence and a terrible customer service. Obviously we won't waste more our time with this company and my partner and I are just sad of that there is out there some state agencies wasting people's time.

Alex and the team were exceptional in looking after myself and my son as we searched for an apartment in a very hot market. Alex went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly (and when there were bumps in the road found a solution to them) and the outcome was entirely satisfactory. Highly recommended.

Winkworths have been my estate agency for 3 years. I have mainly dealt with Alex who has been helpful, prompt and friendly. If I have had any problems, he has sorted it efficiently and has been great at communicating things. Winkworth also have a good team of contacts eg, electrician/plumber etc. I would recommend Winkworths as a good agency.

Our experience with Winkworth has been great throughout the whole tenancy process, we are really happy with their services. Initially we interacted with Will who showed us the property and assisted us in completing the forms for the tenancy agreement. He was very friendly and replied to all emails promptly. Although there were some issues at the property upon moving, Alex has been absolutely fantastic in arranging for contractors to resolve the issues as quickly as possible which was very much appreciated. Everyone at the agency is very polite, friendly and helpful so I would definitely recommend using their services.

We have had our own interesting experience with this Unique group (Winkworth).Although terms changed at the 11th hour, how the team expedited the process to give us an even better apartment is beyond comprehension.We are really happy with their services and everyone at the office in Westbourne but let me single out CHRISTIANA who we met during our viewing and promised to negotiate terms on our behalf to suit our request. She has been very friendly and replied to all emails promptly. Everyone at the agency is very polite, friendly and helpful and I would certainly recommend their services to all prospective tenants.

I am incredible grateful to the whole team of Winkworth & especially George. This year I bought my first flat and the team have been responsive, patient, kind and I felt held. I felt treated like an individual vs a potential buyer - with a trusted team on my side to go this journey. George would be super patient when I viewed the places as I needed to feel, imagine, ask questions. They also managed my previous home where rented and were always super accommodating and respectful what times I could have the new tenants view the place.
