TWB has been an absolutely outstanding and life changing service for me! I’ve been able to travel and keep up with my work commitments all without worrying about the care of my elderly cat because I know Amber is on hand to assist me with feeds, play and overnight stays! The wingless bird team Amber & Heather are absolutely wonderful cat sitters! While we were away we received regular updates with pictures & videos of our girls. Our girls are indoor cats and love Amber and Heather’s company!

I can’t express my gratitude to Amber, Monk’s sitter, for her excellent care and dedication.After a string of bad experiences with other sitters, we were hopeful when we spotted local flyers for The Wingless Bird. From the outset, we could tell that Heather was offering something unique. She was sympathetic to our previous trials and assigned us a lovely sitter. Amber kept regular contact, and the information gathering was extensive.While we were away, Amber kept us updated each day. We loved the videos of her playing with our boy. I’ve added a few of our favourites. It was reassuring to see him looking so relaxed and enjoying himself with toys. There was no frantic, upset cat waiting for us on our return. He was utterly chilled when we got home and hardly noticed us.TWB has recently helped us out a lot and gone way beyond our expectations of a cat sitter. Our previously chunky boy completely lost his appetite following an illness and was surviving on a limited diet of roast chicken slices. He completely ignored all of his old favourites. We knew this couldn’t go on for long, and the vet’s answer was tube feeding. Amber suggested a few foods to tempt him. We went with a fresh food brand called KatKin. He loved it from day one and, more importantly, continued to eat it. We’re amazed at the transformation within a short space of time. He’s gained weight and has so much more energy.Thank you, Heather and Amber, for helping Monk to enjoy his golden years.

Amber was absolutely brilliant at looking after Zelda. She sent lots of photo and video updates and spent loads of time playing with Zelda. We knew she was in very safe hands and we came home to a very happy cat. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service - Amber has been brilliant and we trust her completely with our house and cat. Great communication pre- and post-visit to put our minds at ease while away. Couldn’t rate this (and her) highly enough.

The staff at TWB are incredible. They go above and beyond for our cats, always send personal updates on how our pets are getting on in our absence, and make us feel reassured. We LOVE receiving the photos and videos of their visits. I would always recommend this team to care for your furry family x

I am so happy to have found Amber and TWB! Knowing Liquorice is in safe hands when I go away takes away any stress and it's lovely to receive great videos, pictures and updates regularly. Amber gives him all the fuss and attention and I come back to a very happy cat! Thanks so much for giving a professional but also very caring service.

The Wingless Bird have been so brilliant! I know my two fur babies are in such great hands when Iona stops by to look after them whilst I am away. She sends me daily updates with pictures and videos, and I can really see how much they adore her and enjoy her company. I really would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Absolutely amazing service - our girls Enid and Sigrid can be quite demanding, but nothing fazes Amber, our sitter. She is always competent and professional and it makes me feel so much better about leaving them (especially after Enid had a major health scare as a kitten). Heather and the team clearly care about the cats so much, and have so much knowledge and experience between them. Can't recommend highly enough - my only fear is that one day we might move out of the neighbourhood!!!
