Minster Cleaning Services, Newcastle

After a couple of shaky starts with cleaners, our current cleaner Sharon is a gem. There is a massive difference since she has started and hopefully Sharon is happy here.

Kayleigh and Carlie do an excellent job. We occupy a listed building which is not easy to maintain so the standards they achieve are impressive. Thank you Kayleigh and Carlie for all your hard work.

Our cleaner Victoria carries out all cleaning to the highest of standards, often asking if anything in specific needs more attention. She also brings a lot of cheerfulness with her out going personality.

Minster have provided us with a new cleaner for the ground floor after a few prior issues. Sharon has came in and hot the ground running. She is doing a fantastic job with zero complaints so far. Well done Sharon and thank you!

We had a poor experience with our previous company but Minster have been excellent since moving our cleaning requirements to them and our cleaner is the best we have ever had.

We have been a customer of Minster Cleaning for just over 3 years. They were brilliant at providing additional cleaning during the pandemic and we have kept this going. Over this time we have had a few cleaning staff and can say that we have always been able to get our premises cleaned during absences as Minster has quickly put a replacement in for us. We have a small site but have high usage of visitors in all areas and infection control has to be of a high standard. We were recently lucky to have an experienced member of the Minster team working for us whilst they were recruiting a new member and staff. Luckily for us he decided to stay with us and has made a big difference to the cleanliness of all rooms; the bonus is that he does it with a smile too and feels like part of our team. Thank you :)

Minster have been our cleaners for a number of years now. My account manager Maggie is wonderful. She's helpful, friendly and always available if you need anything. Our current cleaner Geoff is also great, very hard working with a keen attention to detail. Thanks minster!
