The cryotherapy chamber I have used many times and it always benefits me, either in aiding injury recovery or in giving an immune or energy boost.The leg recovery boots are an effective recovery technique that has been a quick fix to keep me going when I have over trained.Lee is positively magic in terms of the sports therapy he has applied to myself and my husband for various injuries. The results have been far more effective than those attempted elsewhere.Both Lenny and Lee and the rest of the FYN team deliver a level of service that is personal, tailored and considerate of all your needs. I booked a 10 float package after having swift responses to a couple of email questions I sent.The website is well presented and packed with info to help you decide. The booking process is easy with emailed calender invites for your appointment.Having had my first couple of floats I've found the team to be friendly, knowledge and willing to help with anything.The float room is always spotless and ready for my booking.It's just a case of finding the time to visit more often!

I enjoy a float and since covid my usual.place closed down so I wanted to get back to floating again.I called them and arranged a trial session . Lenny was extremely helpful and flexible with the booking.On arrival and after completing the disclaimers I was shown to the float room which was well equipped with excellent facilities and a float pod.The float itself was one hour although 30 minutes float options are available for those less experienced.The salt quality was very good, the ear plugs supplied did the job in blocking out any unwanted distraction.The head support was very good but I prefer firmer support so will bring my own in future.Overall, this is an excellent place to float if you are serious about this as a therapy for mind and body please support this place .!
