Iconic Jewellery Store

My partner ( now wife) purchased our wedding rings from Iconic, hers in platinum and mine palladium as we were told they were deemed to be tough and resistant to scratches. The wedding day came and we finally got to wear the rings. How ever, the very next day I noticed some quite bad scratches had appeared on my ring. Obviously I was a little disappointed 24hrs in , especially as we were abroad getting married and the toughest activity was swimming in a pool and eating! Nothing too stressful for a palladium ring you would think.On returning to the UK we visited the store in Westwood to show the state of the ring and all staff agreed that this was uncharacteristic and that it looked like a 1year old ring in just a few days.Anyway, they agreed to return the ring to the supplier for assessment. After a week or so of calling the store I finally received an answer and they were going to replace it. Great, I thought. Until the day I collected ( had to wait ages mind!) it turned out to be the same ring but with most of the marks polished out, but not all. I naturally pointed this out and they apologised and arranged for a new replacement. This eventually arrived ( took a long time) and I collected the ring. With in a few hours scratches appeared and I rang the store.As this branch was due to close down soon the could not help but suggested I speak to their Ashford branch. We drove there ( which is well out of our way) but when we arrived we were greeted and assisted by Victoria and she was extremely helpful and professional. Without too much trouble and time she had arranged for a full refund and advised on a much more suitable ring for me , of which I am really happy with. Great service in Ashford and especially Victoria! She is a credit to the company so please promote her!

Nicole was so lovely, knowledgeable and patient while I chose an engagement ring today. From start to finish I felt looked after and I found my forever ring, she picked out a selection of rings within my price range and really listened to what I wanted. I’m over the moon with the ring and can’t stop looking at it! Can’t recommend this store or the lovely staff enough!

Me and my family went into the store in Ashford town centre and was served by Wiktoria, she was extremely tentative and passionate about her job. She made the experience so much more enjoyable. The jewellery was beautiful and I will definitely shop here again.

Couldn’t thank the team at Iconic, Ashford enough! From start to finish they helped my partner, now fiancé, with my engagement ring. My boyfriend said he left it quite short on time but Iconic managed to put his worries to rest as they assured him it would be resized and perfect for him to pop the question in time for our holiday! They have provided a lifetime warranty on the diamonds in my ring which you don’t get in many other jewellers & they check the claws twice a year to ensure security. Thank you again so much Iconic, you’re a little hidden gem in Ashford town centre! When the time is right for our big day we know you’ve got the wedding rings covered ;-) xxx

Fantastic Service!I have visited the Iconic Store in Ashford several times in need of gifts for special occasions, and every time I have recieved outstanding service! On this visit I was looking for a 30th Birthday gift for my partner, and had an idea of what I wanted. I was served by a lady called Wiktoria  who listened carefully, and presented me the perfect ring! I immediately fell in love with it and knew my partner would to. Wiktoria's service was fantastic throughout, and she really did go above and beyond in ensuring I had the best experience.I am very pleased to say my partner loved the ring and wears it all the time!Thanks again to all the Iconic team, il be back soon!

I really enjoy coming into the store, always so welcoming, friendly and approachable. Each member of staff are always so fantastic and go the extra mile.Wiktoria is a wonderful person, so bubbly and always willing to show me the new jewelry, she always remembers my interests. She helped me when my bjorg necklace broke, she told me to bring it into the shop and one of the girls will sort it out for me xAbby, she’s wonderful and always gives me the best advice and input on every piece I’ve bought. She sent my bjorg necklace off and gave me a repair receipt to remind me.Nicole, has always helped me with putting together my Nomination Bracelet, adding charms to mine and my boyfriends. She was so helpful and is always so lovely when suggesting something new for me. She also helped my mum choose a jewelry set for my birthday last year, I love a statement piece, and the set was perfect in every way. It’s become my favorite set to wear to work.Cathy is so warming, and assisted me collecting my bjorg necklace, she was so happy to help and I really appreciate them keeping it safe for me.Madie is always happy to talk to me, even when I come in she’s always approachable and so lovely. You can really tell she enjoys her job.I really appreciate all the girls in the shop, they’re all so helpful and so supportive when it comes to it all. This has to be one of my favorite places to shop in ashford. Thank you again, and I will be shopping here again.

Wow! Wiktoria and Abby are amazing. Fantastic customer service. We met them at a local wedding fair, and instantly knew they were the jewellers for us. We travelled over to the Iconic store in Ashford and they helped us find the perfect rings.Brilliant people, and a great business! Highly recommend!

Really lovely shop. We were looked after by Wiktoria from meeting her at a wedding fair to buying the rings at the Ashford Store. She was so lovely, helped us with getting the rings engraved and resized and getting to know us as a couple. We absolutely love our wedding rings and would definitely recommend Iconic.

I had my ears pierced here earlier this year, Abby was the most caring and calming person through the whole process, she spent time with me picking choices going through designs that would be best with the piercings in my ears and what colours suit me best, a true asset to the company and the reason I will forever keep returning ❤️
