We had excellent service from Will at Startin Renault Worcester when buying a used car. He was attentive and friendly, but not pushy. He listened to our comments and questions and responded to them fully, then followed up conscientiously with us about some outstanding points. He wasn't able to be there when we went to pick up the car, but his colleague Mike was just as helpful (despite knowing Will had already all but closed the deal and would get the credit). We feel confident that, in the very unlikely event we have any further questions or concerns, they'll be there to help us.
