Delighted with my new cassock. Love the fit and the feel of the fabric. Such kind and personal service, with an initial error in fitting immediately and so graciously corrected. And such a beautiful environment in which to spend time; surrounded by beautiful colours, textures and sense of history. It made the experience of buying my first cassock very special. Couldn’t recommend more highly. I look forward to returning when the time comes to buy my surplice, preaching scarf and stole!

Watts’ customer service is very responsive, and their shipments of fabrics to the U.S. are always quick and dependable. I highly recommend that vestment designers utilize Watts’ fabrics, they are the best in the market.

We are in London for a family trip and I popped in Watts & Co. to admire the beautiful copes and embroidery. What I didn’t expect was the warmest of welcomes by Robert, James, Rosie and the rest of the team. As a humble Episcopal priest from the States, I was given a first rate tour of the work being done and examples of unbelievable craftsmanship. I'm very pleased with the clerical wear I ordered from Watts for my ordination. Quality was outstanding and the clothing so comfortably. My cassock was a bit too long. But the team sorted it out very quickly with no extra charge.
