Do not shop here!!! Totally unacceptable customer service. Bought a product exited the shop and found it was faulty returned to which I was told they don’t accept refunds due to people trying it on! and to contact the manufacturer. If I had been a child trying it on fair enough but for a 40 odd year old to take back within minutes of buying!!! Unacceptable!!! STAY CLEAR!

Today the Shop does not accept pay point although I have used pay point there many of times and there is giant ugly yellow signage everywhere outside claiming they do and also states online! Had No explanation as to why they no longer accept pay point? I don’t think the guy even knew what pay point was! Wasted my time going there if your not going to supply a service don’t advertise it and plaster it all over your shop!
