Went there today was expensive no discount. Good company but no good service in accrington will recommed to go blackburn as they give reasonable price. And the staff are helpful.

Fantastic service from the helpful and friendly staff...Every time I have been in this shop it has been a nice experience with the staff making an effort to make sure we had just what we needed. Quality products and quality service.

Been to al-murad store in Accrington best customer service helpful workers especially Omar and Zubair please to go down that shop again specially the tiles amazing price bought lots of tiles and flooring .

Complete waste of time avoid the place,Ordered some tiles from here for a customer they didnt have the tiles in stock but to order them in i had to pay there and then for the tiles! Promised me Wednesday delivery the following week! Never rang to say they hadn't come in i had to ring them chase them up which took several hours as no one answers the shop phone! Then to be told they couldn't find them in the warehouse! Now delivery will be the following Wednesday, Wednesday comes no tiles no phone call. No refund! Stay away!!!! Spend your money at topps tiles instead

Where do I start? Ok, so we had purchased tiles for two bathrooms at a cost of £1800. We were told by the manager that we had to order them in advance because of the covid pandemic, which we did. He also said if we need to bring anything back we could do so with no issues as long as it was full boxes. After the work had been done, we had one box of tiles left. We took them back to Al Murad and was denied a refund, one excuse was that we had gone over the 30 day cutoff point for refunds. At no time during sale was this ever mentioned, in fact quite the opposite. They said there will be no issues. This was obviously a lie to get a sale. I complained to head office and their excuse was that the tiles are now out of circulation and would have to be exposed of. Very very bad customer service, as soon as they have your money, they aren't interested. Avoid avoid avoid would be my advice, unless you are just picking up an odd box or some silicone. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Friendly shop with good deals on tiles and decorating products

Great advice & helpful service. They had social Distancing signage. Worth a visit if you need any tiles.
