Jay, Rob and team sorted us out three times today at a charity event for nowt. We were riding a home made tandem type bike for 4 people. The reapairs needed were complex and specialist. They stepped up fixed it, we broke another bit of it, they fixed it and well......you get the picture. Great work. Made the day and we raised some proper dosh for a good cause thanks to these guys.

Great bike shop! Lost a bolt on my bike today while cycling near West Kirby. Was able to to pop in and get it fixed super quicky and then enjoyed the rest of a lovely bike ride. Thank you so much!

I've avoided this shop after a couple of bad experiences where, after being promised repairs in a certain timeframe, I'd walked in to find the staff chatting only to be told they'd been too busy to fix my bike.Today was completely different. Dropped bike off, got a call to explain options, job done, all in an afternoon. Don't know if the ownership has changed but John delivered good service and I'll be back.

I popped in this week for the first time as my Cannondale had developed a very annoying squeak overnight!The problem was quickly fixed and the customer service I received was first class.I’ll be back soon to fit some new peddles!A+

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I needed new disk brakes replacing and other bike shops brushed me off. These guys were obviously busy but helped out anyway and did a great job setting up my brakes. Kudos to John and the team. They've got a great selection of equipment, but their strength is in customer service. Highly recommend and support your local businesses.

We had a load of big problems with our bike at the Wirral Bikeathon yesterday but Rob and the guys fixed them all. They were brilliant. Very knowledgeable and professional. Cant praise them highly enough.

Called in to get mudguards for our new bikes. Great service - mudguards fitted in a matter of minutes. It was then pointed out that the gears on the brand new bikes hadn’t been set up correctly, (despite the place we purchased from making a fuss about the care they took to set the bikes up) anyway gears were sorted while we waited and are now changing without the previous rattle and grind! Excellent service, wont hesitate to return.
