Excellent service and the quality of the work on refurbishing my diamond cut alloys is perfect.The collection and return of my wheels was seamless, with my car carefully being propped on axel stands for 2 days, whilst the wheels were being worked on.Highly recommend JWR, genuine nice guys who do a proper job.

Jwr did a really great job on my wheels. Did what they said they would when they said they would and that’s quite rare these days. When one wheel ended up with a faulty TPM (a product fault) he came round immediately to rectify the problem making sure we got away for our (driving) holiday on time. Brilliant customer service. Highly recommended!

Simply fantastic! Despite an unfortunate van breakdown on the day they were due to collect my wheels, they still managed to get the job done on time & the results are amazing. Wheels that two other companies said they couldn’t repair now look brand new again. JWR’s communication was clear, the pick & delivery service was an added bonus & I couldn’t be happier with the results.Will definitely use them again.

When others said it could not be repaired, JWR came thru, repaired wheel, and fitted new tyre. My only complaints is had to keep chasing as they were busy.

Was getting new tyres fitted late on Saturday, and found a crack in the rim.Phoned JWR Saturday afternoon, had a very pleasant chat and booked in over WhatsApp.Damaged wheel collected Monday at 10:30am, returned to me at 14:20, and I can't tell where the damage was. The repair is excellent.Great contact throughout, letting me know when they were arriving to collect and return the wheel.Fantastic price too, really can't fault it especially given a less than 4 hour turn around - absolutely great service, and if i ever have the misfortune to damage a wheel again, I won't hesitate to use JWR.First image is damage, 2nd image is the returned wheel - I couldn't find the spot with damage to photograph it!

Same day wheel buckle repair and tyre replacement after hitting a pothole. Very good experience - wheel collected from the car at our house and returned and fitted the same afternoon. Good communication and convenient service, thanks.
