Overpriced, rubbish and took ages to make. Been to lots of these sorts of places over the years and this is definitely the lo gest it has taken to make a drink. We had 3 drinks one dairy free and they were all flavourless and tasted of ice rather than milkshake.

In my opinion, shakeaway is the best place for milkshakes. When it's cold, you can change it for a warm version which taste just as good

I went there for the first time this evening, I am rating this a two star purely because of the customer service, I came in to the shop which had two customers in and not one of the staff welcomed us or even said hello, the lady who served me on the till came across really moody like she didn’t want to be there. The vibe just seemed very miserable, it costs nothing to be nice

Really nice place, perfect for if you want to mix and match what you have in your shake - the staff are super nice, I wouldn't say the service is slow at all either

One member of staff was particularlyrude throughout the entire service. wasn't Telling me to hurry up making my decision when there was not a que, cup was not filled to the top, I expect more for £5 a drink. Definitely would not recommend. Shake was grainy and cream tasted off. Will not be returning.

So hard to choose with so many flavours in your face lol, I went for the galaxy ripple and it was absolutely lovely, I will visit again.

Directed there by daughter. Wife and daughter loved their milkshakes. I thought average(expensive for what it was)
