Novu is amazing, the salon is calming with a lovely, friendly vibe. I have been seeing Charlotte for my beauty treatments for years and she is never a mark away from perfect. When she is busy I have had my nails done by Amy and she is also great. Always a great experience whenever I go.

Highly professional service with friendly staff making whole experience relaxing and comfortable. Charlotte makes you feel right at home and is the best at nails! Wouldn't go anywhere else for waxing or nails.

Today was my first time at Novu and the experience I had was great. A friendly relaxed session and very happy with the finish on my gel nails. The range of colours was vast with all the options you could want.

Oh my goodness, what a amazing place. I get manicure from Charlotte and she really has done this place justice. The whole concept is just so cool, the place has a sense of calming and they play the best funky house music. Charlotte is so down to earth and will have a good natter while she files those nails away. All staff members are really nice. To all the fellas, get your manicure done from Novu. Trust me on this. 7 stars all the way

I’ve had my gelish nails on for four weeks and still no chips, very impressive! Charlotte uses the proper equipment rather than electrical removal of polish, so my nails have stayed really strong and healthy. She is also quick and efficient so I can always fit the appointment in during a busy day. There is a large range of colours and it’s a really pleasant environment to be in. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been to Charlotte for my nails, waxing and eyebrows for the last 8 years. I would highly recommend Charlotte as I have always had great results. NOVU is a gorgeous salon with a lovely atmosphere, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've been coming to Charlotte for years now for my nails and wouldn't go anywhere else. She is always professional and recommends new colours or other products that they have. I recently changed an appointment and so had Amy, who was equally professional and meticulous. I also go for lash tint and lift. I have never left Novu disappointed and its always great to have a catch up with the girls. Highly recommend!

Good price for Biab nails! Quick to get in for an appointment and lovely results! Def recommend and it’s nice and clean too. Felt £43 was great for the overall result- which included removal of old ones, as some nail places in gate will have you paying £60> for nails!!!

Charlotte & the team are absolutely amazing. I’ve had many treatments here including gel nails, waxing, massage and they’ve all been incredible. From the service as soon as you walk in to the skills the girls have! The salon is always immaculate and it’s a lovely place to spend time in as it’s so beautifully decorated. Genuinely can’t recommend Novu enough.
