Very low quality shoes. Bought a pair for 150 pounds. After 3 months, the sole and leather started falling apart (wearing it once per week to work). When asked for a refund, I was told that the shoes are designed to fall apart after a few months" and declined the refund. Very unpleasant staff."

Staff were not very attentive even though the store was empty, leaving me sitting around waiting for a pair of shoes to try on for 10 minutes until I requested them again from another staff member. The whole time I was literally making eye contact with the staff member who had initially told me they would bring them, while he had decided sorting through some empty boxes was higher priority. Also staff didn't seem to know their stock very well, contradicting each other and the website. Was happy with the shoes I eventually ordered from the website later though.

I was served by a lovely lady who sorted me out with multiple sizes until I found the ones. Then served by another lovely lady at the till. Both staff members were bubbly and full of joy… despite being at the end of a no doubt long Saturday. Very impressed! (The shoes are fantastic too!)
