I don't know about this place I really don't. Perhaps my shorts and unshaven look didn't help.Barely recovering long enough to accept the Omega I'd brought in for repair and service (£200, thank you so much). Somehow I wasn't expected? Is anyone? Calling the following week for updates, Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs - the phone was never answered. I was on the point of informing Google their listed number was wrong when HEY! Friday I got through. Again the hesitancy, the awkward, terse replies - what is this contraption? Which end do I speak into? Not going there again.

After having a few problems ordering things with my credit, I managed to speak to Nicky on the phone and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She sorted my credit out and got the items I wanted sent out within a few days.Have ordered many times from them and have always been pleased with my purchases.

I’ve used these guys for years and had moved over after previous bad experiences with another company. When they have the item in stock I receive anything I order super fast. I’m still waiting on things that I pre ordered but that’s a supplier issue as opposed to being a them issue. It’s frustrating for the customer of course, but the company shouldn’t be held to blame for supplier problems. I will continue to trust and use these guys, and have personally never had a problem with refunds, transferring of credit or not receiving items that they have in stock. I have to give them a nudge sometimes with messaging me back but it’s not really a hardship when I know how busy they are. I’ve attached a photo of my order that arrived yesterday :)

When 1st ordering everything was great.However now owed £££'s in refund, which I was told was being processed months ago then messages ignored, very bad customer service & banned from page for politely asking about money I am owed.Avoid at all costs may go well at 1st but won't end well.

I have given this company well over a year to send goods or refund, Absolutely appalling customer service, when you contact them it's the same generic response 'HiUnfortunately at present, we cannot give an update on refunds. The legal team has taken over the refunds due to the amount of fraudulent claims that we have have. Once they have verified each one they will release the refunds. All we can do is apologise for this ridiculously long delay xx

I bought my friend a mystery waterball and was so impressed I treated myself to 1. It arrived yesterday and it’s gorgeous. Have used these guys before and never had a problem. The problems that are happening now are totally out of their hands

I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and I am no further forward nearly seven months later. I have chased and chased for a response about the money they have from me and if they don’t ignore the messages which they usually do, it’s a very short and brief response, no longer than a sentence. Once I have it resolved (hopefully before I die) I will never order from them again for the sheer lack of absolutely shocking communication.EDIT: I have now been blocked by them for trying to get my money back so I am now in the process of going through the small claims court. To anyone reading, please screenshot every invoice/order number and balance you have to keep yourself safe!!

Very poor customer service, never responds to messages. Not sure how he’s still selling and running a business with how poor his customer service skills are. Owes a lot of people a lot of money and just buries his head in the sand hoping people will just forget about the hundreds of pounds he’s taken from his customers and given no products. Enesco and Disney really should evaluate who they let sell their products. If I could give less than one star I would.
