Stay here often, rooms are ok, good parking behind in what was the rear garden. Staff who ran it are ok. You get text the door access codes so no problems getting in any time of the day or night. Does what I need when work in the area...

Terrible place, avoid at all cost! Right on a very busy A road. Loud machine humm and dripping tap kept me up all night. Stay anywhere else if you can. How can the reviews say the staff are on hand? There's no one here at all.

Lovely apartment, however very disappointed. Paid extra for the deluxe room, it showed which room we were booking and paying for which we were very happy with but instead we were giving a different room with a tiny bathroom and no dining area. In the description it said the room has an oven and kitchen equipment; the oven was the size of a microwave with 2 tiny hobs on on the kitchen side, which took us 1 hour and a half to cook chips in which should only take 20-30 minutes, you could only use either the oven" or the hob

This place was expensive and overpriced. The staff were practically hostile and lacked even basic ability to be decent hosts. Avoid this place!

My partner booked us in for a couple of nights. Had the ground floor flat & it was nice to have our own back door as the car was parked out the back. Had to have the windows open as it was such hot weather, but residents were sat outside smoking and chatting into the early hours meaning we didn't get much sleep. Noisy with doors slamming as people went in and out the main back door too.The main room was clean & comfy, although you could only open the front door half way thanks to the sofa they've got, although there seemed to be a few items of someone's clothes in the wardrobe?!Kitchen was very basic, hardly any cutlery/utensils/crockery. The two saucepans I used had to be washed first as the previous occupier hadn't done it properly.Bathroom was clean & ok, but the shower was rubbish - mostly cold & not much water pressure!My partner was surprised about the sudden security deposit he had to pay on arrival. Not sure if he just hadn't read the ts & cs though. Took a day or two to get that refunded after we'd left, & only after several messages/calls to the owner...I wouldn't stay here again.

Very clean and convenient, comfortable stay at the old town appartments...It's a homestay and the service was really good....They provide all the basic necessities...

I booked via a well known booking.co site, but didn't stay. The room smelled of ciggarettes and the photos are a few years out of date now. The door didn't lock properly and I phoned the check in guy to talk about it. He agreed to a refund, but has not refunded me via the booking site. I accidentaly cancelled via the app when I tried to tell the booking site about the problem. When I called Old Town to discuss the refund he agreed to, he stopped answeing my phone calls. The rooms are more worn than the photos show, and I question the integrity of the owners.

Shower wasn't great and neither was the room in general. I would give 5 stars if it was based solely on the comfort of the bed.

The place was modern but the shower has no power to it so was pretty rubbish, the toilet window wouldn't close properly, the back door is pretty much ooen to anyone so unsafe also states no parties and clearly someone was having some kind of party with people turning up and apparently no noise after 10pm yet there was loud music being played up until we left past midnight. There was people smoking weed outside which was outside our window too which was not what we wanted to smell whilst trying to sleep. We left early because it got too much. They don't tell you until after you've booked that there's a £50 deposit which she incorrectly gave us £40 back in the morning saying she gave us £50 which she didn't and that there was no way she was giving me an extra £10 and we had no apology for all the noise that made us leave and didn't even refund us anything back for the inconvenience. Instead she told me to make a complaint if I wasn't happy. Cheers love! Definitely won't be coming back and should check out the reviews before booking this place as its known for people making too much noise with loud music. This is definitely a party house! Not happy one bit!

I loved that I had my own space to be able to cook and relax it really was a home from home. Did not want to leave the place so peaceful and quiet didn't want to come home will definitely go again
