We visited Haversham House on Monday 24th August 2015.We were made to feel most welcome by all the staff we came into contact with and they were all very helpful. The residents we saw seemed very happy in their surroundings.

Haversham house is so lovely.The staff really make use of the time they have with the residents and help them to their best needs. When my great Nan got sick and lost the swallow malfunction they come to her every hour to syringe some water or liquid food into her gums and swabbed her mouth do it wasn’t dry.During this time,my Nan stayed there with her for 5 days so the staff took care of her too. The haversham house are truly brilliant and deserve a gold medal for all they do.

Whenever I speak to the home they are always for of charm and enthusiasm.As a visitor you are always welcomed into the home with open arms and you are made to feel part of the furniture. Its great to work with a long standing facility that has been trusted and embraced by its community for some years and many more to come.

Located at a peaceful and slightly remote part of the town, this Nursing home is nearest to some of the nicest restaurants.This place takes care of it's residents with compassion.

We have been dealing with Haversham House for over three months and have always found the staff and management very courteous, obliging and nothing is any trouble to them. Their facilities are first class, I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone needing elderly care.

There is a nice homely atmosphere here. Residents clearly love being here.The new manager has turned it into a home from home for the residents, whilst still ensuring that high standard of care are met. The home is nicely decorated and clean. There is a delightful outside space for the residents to sit and enjoy the day.They regularly have activities/ themed days. Recently the staff dressed up in “60’s” style dress. In the summer they have bbq’s and outside activities.The staff here clearly care for the residents and treat them with respect. If you are after a care home for your loved one look no further than Haversham.
