Took our dog from been 6 mo.After that he crawled in on all 4's frightened.He then snths. At first ok. Then was sent back to us still matted and told to buy a brush which looked like barbed wire.Dog now so frightened ned had to be sedated to get cut. No longer trusts people. Will not wear a collar or lead.God knows what happened that day.Complained but did no good.These groomers should be regulated.

I have used the Groom Room for a few years and never been disappointed.I struggled to find a groomer who would do my German Shepherd, which is ridiculous.Lovely staff, happy, clean dog.Thank you. We will be back.
