BCA Birmingham - Perry Barr

It’s crime to come early in some BCA branches. When customers are coming from all over the country to collect cars then it’s not possible to match exact time so please have a flexible policy. Most branches understand this as it’s common sense but some don’t and this branch is happen to be one of those. Had to wait hours and hours to get our car. We arrived 8 am when they open and earliest appointment secured was at 11 am so staff got strange reasons and cars are already parked in rows. They just need to hand over documents and we go and collect ourselves from location in the system. No rocket science if we want to cooperate and help. Calls go to central place and impossible to speak with managers or anyone responsible to solve the situation. BCA selling online 3 times more what they were used to sell when sites were open but still create such problems. They don’t care as if they say No then it’s No regardless whatever your circumstances are. We need to collect 3 cars today. Started journey from London at 5 AM then collections from Birmingham, Nottingham and Glasgow. Some branches creates problem when we are late also so it’s problem both ways. Thurleigh is one of those if you are bit late they make you wait more just to give hard time. Lot of staff to give their own illogical reasons of hospital and doctor appointments when no one go and see doctors and hospitals nationwide (just imagine their logics) it’s a piece of metal they are handing over nationwide through their 20 branches. But you can’t win from them.

Great service and toilet facilities for customer.

Poor customer service.Sold my vehicle through BCA PerryBarr. Took months to receive my payment. Also after 5 months still getting Parking charge notice.3rd parking charge for vehicle already sold in feb.Never going to use BCA again.

Not the best place to find and not very well sign posted. Need to look for the BP station on that road then it is just behind there. Staff very helpful and an easy process

Staff did not seem to want to be in the office. Seemed more bothered about the Greggs lunch than serving any customers. Yard is badly laid out for first time collecting. Could be a lot better.

Good location, but a little set back so you could easily miss it, plenty of parking and good facilities.

Everything good .Except you pull up in a recovery vehicle in the car park and go collect your vehicle only to be directed to a different exit forced to drive an unishured vehicle on a public road back to the car park i parked my recovery vehicle in please have both exits open simple solution bca
