I followed 2UPC's 5 star rating to have my HP laptop's smashed screen panel assembly repaired. I was not disappointed at all! Kevin (Engineer) did not disappoint at any point in the process. Kevin is not only technically competent but is thorough, efficient and transparent is all his activities. My laptop was fixed and Kevin agreed to absorb cost of a faulty panel assembly delivered to him, despite my offer to share the unexpected costsFundamentally, Kevin is not only honest and upfront but is compassionate and technically astute. He was right on the job, had multiple paths to fix the issue and fixed the problem to my complete satisfaction. Well done Kevin, for your support and keeping me informed at all times and fixing my laptop in such record time - Thank you for all your efforts

Brilliant ! As a complete computer novice I needed to be taken through every step. Kevin had the patience of a saint and transferred my 'bits' onto a newer computer within a day and even came round to the house to set it up for me. Can't praise him enough. Thanks Kevin

Extremely pleased with the service from Kevin. He upgraded my Ram and installed a 1TB SSD Hard drive as my existing drive was almost full. All done within the day. Would recommend Kevin at 2UPC to all my friends and family.

I went back to 2UPC as I wanted to migrate our business email from GoDaddy to Microsoft, a process that has a lot of problems as discussed at length on many posts on the internet. 2UPC did an excellent job navigating the various difficulties with great professionalism and were always careful that we did not loose any data. They very helpfully executed the final migration outside of office hours so as not to disrupt our business. Many thanks 2UPC.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------I had a connectivity problem with my laptop after faultless running for 2 years. Kevin was able to diagnose and repair the fault overnight and I collected the laptop the next day in fine working order, and all at a very decent price. Thanks Kevin.

Kevin is ace. Sorted out our painfully slow laptop which is now faster than it was when new and another with a frustrating intermittent fault. Good communication and really fast service. Would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service, we had quite a complex problem with a PC that is used to run a computer controlled production machine and 2UPC succeeded where many others had failed. Would not hesitate to use or recommend these guys. First class!

Having suffered serious broadband issues we contacted 2UPC; they are amongst the top computer technicians in the Milton Keynes area for a reason. We found their professionalism and expertise second to none, one of their engineers (Kevin) spent as much time on site as was needed, offered expert advise and even went so far as to personally liaise with our current provider. The Best" is often a misleading term but 2UPC really are the best and I recommend their services without hesitate - you won't regret it! - ABC Architectural Design"

I had a urgent repair - screen replacement for an iPAD. I contacted 2UPC in the morning and it was replaced and ready by 3pm the same day. Excellent service. I will definitely use again if the need arises.
