Would just like to say a MASSIVE thank you to James at Knights Recovery for going above and beyond what I was expecting. After coming across me broken down on the side of the A3 not only did James stop and pick me up while he was heading home from work but he also took me back to my house in Maidenhead at no additional cost! Top guy and couldn’t be more thankful! Wish you all the best mate! :-)

After my keys were stolen (confirmed by CCTV) I was stranded with my locked bike in Camden. Knights Motorcycle Recovery are knowledgeable, genuinely passionate bikers, they loaded my *break-locked* bike with experienced hands and care. Professional and friendly service. Will not hesitate to call them again.

I was stressed on a train a hundred miles away and trying to get help for an elderly parent whose mobility scooter , her lifeline, had broken down, when these guys literally passed by, spotted her, drove up to her and rescued her. When one has an elderly vulnerable person to worry about, the thought of people taking advantage is a great stress. They treated her like they would like their own nan treated and I can't thank these Gallants enough. Big love Bro's!

James is an absolute legend, found me stranded by my bike on the side of the A3 and helped me get back. Gonna be screaming about him to everyone I know!

Knights Recovery and Transport is a company that delivers solutions where others fail - AND goes above and beyond in personal service at the same time.They were definitely my mother’s Knights In Shining Armour, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know!The backstory: My mother’s mobility scooter broke down when she was out shopping. It was a freezing cold night, I was trying to arrange for her & her scooter to be collected by the recovery company provided by her insurers, who were terrible at communicating and nearly an hour and a half later my elderly mother was still sitting on the street, alone, in the dark. Disgraceful.Thankfully someone had given me James’ contact details and I called him and asked if he could please help. He and his colleague Leo managed to arrive before the so-called recovery company, communicating with me throughout, immediately got my mum into the van to get warm, and loaded her large, canopied scooter into their van and took her home and made sure she was OK.Somewhere in the middle of all this, the “recovery man” arrived… in a taxi! So would not have been able to recover her vehicle anyway! In the circumstances, I don’t think it’s a stretch to say James & Leo saved her life - she could easily have become hypothermic.It’s a longer story than this - but briefly for the purposes of review, two things are important to note:1) The service James provided was, in practical terms, excellent, fast, and exactly what was needed in a crisis. He is also arranging for a replacement part for her, so she doesn’t have to send her scooter away to be repaired, which in the past has taken literally months and left her housebound. So I’m also hugely grateful for that.2) In personal terms, the type of service provided was priceless. Both he and Leo were incredibly kind and caring towards my mother - which is a REALLY big deal when someone is stranded and feeling lost and vulnerable. It makes all the difference. They could not have been kinder, I couldn’t have hoped for nicer people to rescue her.Knights Recovery & Transport totally deserve every customer they get. Kindness and professionalism in spades, with fast & safe solutions to challenging circumstances.Highly recommended. Thanks so much guys!
