Experienced some trouble getting our Ariston boiler (in our static caravan) serviced although it is only 4 years old and under warranty. Last year Helen organised a service when we wanted, the engineer arrived on time and did the work. After Christmas we had a problem and Helen arranged for Phil (her Husband) took the time even though outside working hours to help us on the phone. Today Phil came to service our boiler and on my recommendation next doors caravan everything went smoothly turns out Phil is a motor cyclist as was I when much younger so much chat and reminisce took place together with a boiler I can already see is much improved.

Called Eric Collier and son at lunch time on Tuesday the 19th of December after having been let down twice by different companies and they arranged for an engineer that evening george arrived at time said but unfortunately we had an issue with our electrics at the same time. Georgebwas very patient while ibattempted to sort problems and was reluctant to leave even at 6pm was willing to stay and try to get boiler working.Got electrics sorted next day rang the office and they could get george back that evening but I was going away arranged for call fŕiday morning and at 8am george returned got boiler working and serviced in one visit.On December 23 boiler failed again rang the office even though closed got a response from lady in office and a call from engineer i 4 minutes and faultbrectified over the phone. Boiler has worked perfectly ever since and after speaking again to the office this morning they were more than Willingboro come out again just to check all ok.Can not recommend Therese guys enough they go above and beyond the call of duty.Thank you very much Eric Collier and son fantastic service.Mr Jones. I would thoroughly recommend Eric Collier and Son Heating Engineers, they recently installed a new heating system which was not a straight forward installation. Gareth and Alex did an excellent job, approachable, knowledgeable and friendly, they ensured all old equipment was taken away and the boiler room was left clean and tidy. All pipes were insulated and electrical cables covered with conduit. An all round excellent job. Thank you.

I contacted Eric Collier & Son as my boiler required a service. From the first point of contact, all the staff were professional and friendly. They were able to arrange my service at my convenience and the Engineer was booked in within a week.The Engineer was very professional and followed all the Covid-19 guidelines. He completed the service swiftly and to a high standard. I was also pleased to know that the service came with a 12-month guarantee. I would definitely recommend this Company.
