Had my hair coloured, cut and blow styled. The girls are brilliant, they are always so friendly and always professional! I went in today with my roots showing, I came out feeling fantastic!! I've been going to Rendells for about 20 years and I don't want to go anywhere else! I always come out feeling on top of the world and totally pampered. Fantastic!!

Would leave zero stars. Went in Wednesday at 12. Asked for a restyle for a wedding on Saturday and had pictures for reference, it looked nothing like it so shown the woman what I wanted it more like, didn't look like it on the second attempt either so rather than lose more hair I went home. This is what I walked out with. Had to pay for another hair dresser to fix my hair today and went back to the shop to complain. Asked Dawn who works there could we speak somewhere private away from clients out of respect she asked what was it over, explained everything to her. For her to say that her sister wouldn't of done that and that it could be anyone yet she knows who done it and I'm in the book. She refused to check and didn't care, weren't bothered, didn't want to listen to criticism, became foul mouthed and abusive as well as threatening! Not where you want to go when the staff are horrible but not as horrible as the haircuts they give out!!!

Great hairdressers. I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Went for a colour change today and they talked it all through with me beforehand and advised the best way of achieving what I wanted. I am so happy with the result. Always so friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this hairdressers to anyone. Thanks so much to Lyndsey and Clare for my refreshed style today, I am so happy.

First appointment here and was very impressed. Showed Clare a couple of pictures and the result was just what I hoped for. She checked in with me and consulted on the detail as she went along. Very pleased. Friendly and good conversation. Highly recommended.
