I had the misfortune to have to speak to Mr Mason on a conveyancing matter and I found him to be probably one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to and in my career I have spoken to thousands. There is just no need and common courtesy and some basic manners cost nothing. I suggest he either retires or undertakes training on how to speak to people professionally. I feel sorry for his staff, what a pleasure he must be to work for
