My experience of this company is one of disgust. I went to collect some urgently required metal poles mounted on flanges. Because i did not have a flatbed vehicle, which would have been easy for them to load me, they made every excuse not to be able to load me. Even telling me i could not put 2 of the poles, which were 2.6 metres long,onto my vehicle myself, telling me there was no insurance to cover me doing that. 2 days later, i discovered from another company i pick up at, that the same company had made a delivery of similar poles, in the same type of vehicle to mine. How ludicrous is that. I believe they wanted to deliver the goods themselves, which did not happen, because a flatbed was sent later that day to pick up the poles.
