Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They ignore all messages, calls and requests for a refund. They have kept our money without fulfilling the order. Only response received was a vile and abusive email.

Great value for money, great quality.

I bought a tortoise table from Wooden World Company, and I'm thrilled with it. The table is well-made, sturdy, and looks great in my home. It offers a comfortable space for my tortoise to bask and explore. The customer service was excellent, making the whole experience very positive. I highly recommend their tortoise tables to pet owners. It's a great investment for your pet and your home.

AVOID!Placed an order on the 6th April, and I immediately noticed an error in the postal address and so emailed the company to update it to the billing address.Money taken on the 11th April, no response from the company.Several emails and phone calls made over the 10 days following went unanswered.Sent website contact form to cancel order and asked for a refund on the 21st April. No reply24th, left a google review calling them out on their lack of correspondance, suddenly recieved a VERY nasty and unprofessional email advising we have trust issues and to seek medical help.Still no refund or confirmation that we will recieve one.Also, gov website advises company is on a strike notice, which does not indicate a good sign with this company!Will be contacting Amazon to advise of this seller also.

Very poor communication ie. doesn’t bother replying to emails at all. Flimsy wonky made item arrived damaged in one one corner as poorly protected in transit. Only realised after a few days. A very strict 24hr timeframe to report damages exists in their t&c’s which he was v gleeful to get him out of refunding me. AGREE. AVOID!

Wouldn't even leave 1 star, placed an order and didn't recieve it. Emailed to ask when to expect and was told the next week, it's been nearly 8 weeks since I placed the order with no item. Scammer!!!
