Great place to train. The instructor is very experienced and knowledgeable, with ability and will to take into account each trainee abilities and attitude. Also, he's absolutely amazing with kids! The group is nice and helpful too.

Fantastic. I've been doing Artur's classes for about 8 months now and i love it. A great crowd to train with, an insanely tough work out, sparring, technical training, stress tests, 3rd party protection, and just general street smarts. I've learned a lot, and know i've got a whole lot more still to learn, but i'm confident this is the place to do it.

Tough and it will require some degree of fitness to begin, but the coach is helpful, available, humble and extremely good and it won't take long before you get hooked on the practice
