Stay away from this shop.. I gave my phone for repair and he simply wasted my 2 weeks for nothing. No proper response from him.

Went for phone screen repair and they lost my sim, broke the back face (had to fight for them to take responsibility and get repaired) and dodgy third party screen. Over time, the inside of the camera lense has filled with dust so clearly not cleaned/sealed correctly. Definetly should have dealt with someone else.

Booked in for new battery to be fitted for 10am, technician had driven friend to court in Liverpool and was not available. Waited round for 2 hours, not sure if new battery fitted but service is rubbish and would CERTAINLY NOT recommend

Excellent service from start to finish. I emailed just before they closed and was told that I could come by the shop to get my iPhone fixed straight away. The owner and his wife were lovely and stayed behind till 10pm to help fix it. Phone looks brand new! Thank you

My phone was a disaster from start to finish with a cracked screen as well as being unusable from water damage. This was dealt with in the promised half hour slot. My side buttons also then became an issue which due to the money I had already spent he was kind enough to work on the problem in his own spare time with the cost of the part itself only being added to the price.

Left iPhone with broken display to be fixed. I have received my iPhone with some dodgy 3rd party display used, non working light sensor, burnouts showing after longer use. When came back to have some support I was told its all ok

Just been in to Arthur’s to have a new SIM card fitted, the gentleman that fitted it was so kind checked the battery and my apps and should me how to use the phone properly as being of the older generation I didn’t have a clue. He was so helpful to the young lady that was before me as well. That what I call old fashioned customer service. Thank you again for you kindness this morning.

We were in Warrington visiting family and my husband went in to ask cost of iPhone screen replacement. Repaired my husbands phone screen while he waited very good price and excellent service. Highly recommended
