Went here a couple weeks back for a new key for my BMW e46 and a replacement battery on another key. I shopped around beforehand and I can tell you these guys are most competitive and are highly professional. Spoke to both Abdul and Mo and just a brilliant service. I went to their shop and was all sorted within an hour. Coffee Abdul made was spot on too. Thanks guys.

Brilliant customer service and communication as the key fob on my smart car had stopped working. They let me know what time they would be with me and kept me informed on how far there were away from me. So pleased that I never had to be towed by AA man from London to Birmingham. Mo the guy that turned up knew his stuff and was polite and friendly... nice one Mo thanks!

Brilliant service. It was late in the evening when I discovered I lost my keys. Smartkey were the second company I contacted. The other one still hasn't got back to me. They came the next day. Sorted me out with a new key. The job took longer than we hoped. This was through no fault of the two gentlemen who came. Make sure you have all you paperwork. It will help everyone. They got around the problem and I'm back up and running. Massive thank you and all at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend

Brilliant service from SMARTKEY and from Moe who made the key for me. Messaged me, within an hour went down to the location he was doing work for other customers and did the key there and then. Can't fault this service at all will definitely use them again. Excellent customer service from Moe who explained what he's doing through every process.

I had lost my key on the weekend. Phoned SmartKey on Monday, and they were able to come out to me the same day and sort it out with very short notice. They were even able to sort out my spare key as well. Excellent service, and for a very fair price. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a key replacement. Thank you!
