Craig and his son were super responsive (I called in a panic on Saturday evening and they were there the next morning, on a Sunday).I felt reassured by their professionalism, and by their eye for detail and obvious dedication to their job.The treatment is extreme yet chemical-free (I think a human would end up in the ER if subjected to such heat for so long), and I haven’t seen any bed bug since.It’s also super reassuring to know that the treatment comes with a six-month warranty, just in case.Thanks Craig, I’ll be sure to recommend you to other people!!

I called Craig in a slight panic with a suspected case of bedbugs. I’d spoken to a few other companies first who were all pushing me to book a treatment and not aiming in any way to help me diagnose the problem. Craig was completely different. He diagnosed bird mites over the phone and offered to come and locate the nest. He sent videos to help, and was so quick replying to my messages/calls. He came round with his colleague, and explained my options really clearly to me. A couple of days before they were due to visit, I suspected that our infestation was only minor as the bites had started to subside. Craig agreed that it would be good to wait and see before having us needlessly pay for the heat treatment. The mites did end up dying out but I had to leave a review as this was by far the best customer service we’ve had in a long time! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you again Craig!

We had a horrible horrible time with bed bugs these last few months and were very difficult to get rid of. We constantly contacted the council and the bed bug problem never went away. We threw away a lot of our precious belongings and had a hard time trying to sort out the problem ourselves.When we found this company on google in the beginning, we were sceptical, but this company has saved us thousands of pounds and hours of sleep. Craig is incredibly kind and very professional, we no longer have a bed bug problem and Craig has even offered to double dose the house again just to make sure that the bed bug problem is no longer an issue. He answered all our questions and made sure that we would no longer have this issue.We highly recommend this company, the price may seem a little expensive for heat treatment but in the long run it'll save you from throwing out your furniture and constant unbearable itchiness. We used Craig and his team for a moth heat treatment. We had moths for years leaving holes in our sweaters and coats (despite having sticky traps). Craig and his team were professional and provided updates throughout the day. He made it an easy process for us. Due to us having a lot of clothing / items in our closets, Craig provided a free follow up treatment to ensure all of the larvae and moths were gone! His expertise and care to ensure the moths/larvae were eradicated was at a very high level. Craig is very knowledgeable about moths and how they operate.We highly recommend his services!

I called Craig for a quote for bedbug removal after I found some casing beneath our mattress. Craig answered immediately & was really friendly and helpful. We booked for him to come the following day but after he checked my photos, Craig informed me that the casing was actually from moth larvae and that while we could use his heat/chemicals, in the first instance he would recommend buying a steamer as that would likely solve the problem and would save us a lot of money. If you need heat treatment, this is the company you need to call. Sure there may be other great heat treatments available out there, but I cannot do justice with this review of how helpful Craig and the team were and continue to be! We had the heat treatment done around 2 weeks ago, I still get anxiety as any person who's encountered bed bugs would. Even when I have messaged Craig at 4am he's responded! You may find the heat treatment elsewhere but I can assure you, you won't find this level of customer service, genuine care and kindness. At every stage of the treatment, approx 7hours for my house, Craig sent me videos of what he was doing and how well the treatment was going. My parents wanted the curtains drawn and lights on and the back door locked before he left. He made sure everything was done to a standard beyond that which we asked, heating areas more than the standard requirement. I can not thank Craig and team for their genuine care, professionalism and compassion throughout this ordeal. Thank you from me and my family for making this nightmare bearable and eliminating all bed bugs for us.
