This review is for the Dublin clinic. Do not book with this clinic, the customer service is terrible. The lady on the phone is rude and disrespectful, and kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain I was sick and that I needed to move my appointment. Not to mention when I originally tried to book the appointment, I request to be contacted via email only, but the lady kept calling me at work and when I asked her to email me instead, she insisted on calling. I’ve never been met with more terrible customer service.**Update: finally managed to reschedule my appointment (with a 50 euro fee). 7 days later, I still have no test results or even a confirmation of sample receipt. I contacted customer support, only to find out my test results have been (partially) posted on the web portal. I did not get an email / text / notification / call or anything informing me of the existence of such a portal or of my credentials. Managed to finally get my credentials, but I am still waiting for results on most of them (note that the website specifies 2 - 5 days waiting time).If you try to complain / give feedback / ask for updates, expect customer support to dismiss you.

WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE 1 star! I work in adult industry. Had a shoot booked in and needed a cert. Booked an appointment they charged me up front. Drove an hour to the appointment to find the clinic doesn’t exist anymore and shut down. My shoot is tomorrow. Rung them. Manager useless. Doesn’t care. I’m like you have Purposely teamed up with adult industry offering services, I book in pay n no clinic or appointment. Without my cert I cannot do my shoot tomorrow meaning I lose my job I’mBooked in for. Still not been refunded the £300 I paid. I asked how the website has allowed me to book And pay for a clinic which doesn’t even exist? He has no answer! Scammers. Seriously avoid. Having to call the bank for fraud for the 300 pound. I’m a big name in adult industry And have rung the industry council to get them removed from working with our industry. this is the realest review. Please avoid !!!!! Don’t get scammed.

Please avoid at all cost. Delivered test kit to wrong Andress and refusing refund. This a scam company. Now I have to pay for delivery company mistakes.

This company charges 50 pounds admin fee! Beware terms and conditions! You think you have booked on the internet and they can’t do that slot. They change the slot with you and then if you have to cancel , even with loads of notice, they refund you minus 50 pounds. The cost to arrange an appointment which is meant to be what they do! Totally unethical. Taking advantage of vulnerable people wanting confidential testing.

Due to an urgent matter in Indonesia at the end of October 2020, I had to get a Covid-19 test and a 'Fit to Fly' letter. I contacted Better2Know, and they confirmed that they could get me the home self test within the next day, and within 3 to 5 days upon them receiving my sample, they could turn around the results. If I paid an extra £100 for expedited service, upon receipt of my sample, they would turn around the results within 1 day. I trusted them and paid for expedited service. I received the self test on Wednesday 28 October 2020, and returned it the same day. I was expected the results latest by Friday, 30 October 2020. I started chasing them from Friday afternoon onwards, and only received the results on Monday 2 November 2020. I subsequently learned through calling head office that they had received my sample at the lab on Thursday, 29 October 2020, but sat on the sample for 3 days before carrying out the test on Sunday, 1 November 2020. Their delay caused me to have to change my flight to Indonesia at an increased cost of £1130. When I subsequently challenged them, they effectively advised me to go and pound sand" (i.e. please review our terms and conditions

Scammed. Misled. Would give a zero if possibleTheir website says they do a 10min rapid test. The site says £145. You have to phone up if you want it that day. They make you pay over the phone, then after they take the money say it is non-refundable and not a rapid test but you'll get results by 9am the next day guaranteed. Also if you want a rapid test it is £185 but this isn't mentioned on the website. You go to the clinic and they do a different test to the one you clicked on the website and asked for and they tell you it will take over 5 working days for results. The test is different to the one you ordered,they have your name and date of birth wrong and you have the test and have to discuss very personal details in the same room as other patients.You phone up and they say they can't help, you have to email Louise Wright. You do. You speak to the manager the next day who says their website is not misleading and they don't know why someone would promise results by 9am the next day and you can't get a full refund due to admin fees. They say they don't record their calls due to privacy so 'you don't have any evidence to back up your claim that the worker said this' so there is nothing you can do about it. They are completely unsympathetic and unwilling to help. You don't get email Confirmation or anything. They say they can't tell you how much of a refund you might get and pressure you to just accept the the test results will be a week later. For £145. They say the blood rapid test is actually £195 even though it is not quoted as that price on their website and try and make you pay an extra £50 to get it. It also doesn't actually test if you have the condition, just if you have symptoms of it, which is not stated. When you say the website didn't show any of these prices and how it was misleading and you offer to send screenshots they refuse to look at them and just say they know how the website works.You phone later to get a refund but the manager isn't there and no one else can help. You raise complaints but the agents never raise them, just say they will. You phone each day and email and say you are disabled. Each time it has to be the manager you have to talk to and she is busy. Eventually you get a response to your email saying they are sorry you feel misled, but you weren't and there will be no refund or help and it will not be possible to challenge or escalate this. You reply quoting their terms and conditions where it says you could get a refund and they are meant to have emailed you etc. You get a reply saying they can send it to managers.Eventually they agree to a refund but no compensation, no apology or awareness that they need to fix this so it doesn't happen to anyone else. They are not transparent, no complaints policy or accountability. They are essentially scamming you by misleading you and hav no way of being held accountable.

Avoid this company! I paid for the day 5 test to release which didn't arrive until day 6, as day 5 was a Sunday. I thought after paying £200 the delivery charges would be covered to ensure your test arrives on the correct day!As another test has to be done on day 8 anyway, I asked for a refund only to find out they charge you a £50 'administration fee.'Emails and phone calls were pointless, being told only 'Well, check the small print, we're covered by our T and Cs.'

Misspelled my email address - wrote con instead of com, so never got any confirmation email. Called up and they told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to purchase the tests again. Let me repeat that: I wrote con instead of com and they wanted me to spend another £200+ on tests. This is probably the most ridiculous thing I have heard in 2021 so far. I spoke to a manager who couldn't fix my email, but gave me the confirmation code of purchase (which I needed for the form for the government). Once back in the UK I had to call again to get access to my account as the password they provide went to my email address. I rarely write reviews, but such an experience deserves to be put into writing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Better2Know are providing a fraudulent COVID-19 testing travel service. In particular, I would make travellers using their service aware of the following:- Their request that you submit your sample outside of your window of travel (their website states: You should collect and post your sample to the laboratory the day before your time window begins.) - means that your test WILL NOT (by definition) fall within the window dictated by authorities

Horrendous service. I have ordered test to release kit and it came 4 days late!! I had to use a different service and when explained a situation to Better2Know they advised to return the kit so I paid for the delivery and when they received it, it took them weeks to refund me, I had to talk to tones of different people and a lot of them usually knew nothing! When finally they refunded me, instead of £125 they refunded £75, saying that £50 is a administrative fee! Wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. Absolute fraud!
