One of the worst takeaways I've ever had.- Salt and pepper chips were oven chips and very bland.- Seaweed was really salty and stale.- Mushroom chow mein was overly boiled, mushy noodles, all very short and bitty, with a handful of mushroom poured on top.- Hot and sour soup was just a thick sweet and sour sauce, tasted a bit like curry too.Just really dreadful.The delivery driver was very friendly!

Served with lovely smile and good manners albeit that was the first and last good point . Worst Chinese curry sauce I've tasted went in the bin . Salt and pepper ribs awful taste and wow over 6quid . They went into the bin . Sweet and sour chicken had to play where is the chicken hidden inside of the batter and way over cooked . Guess were they went ? Yrs after the dog refused them they went in the bin .

AVOID. Very bad dry food, salt & pepper chicken very dry hard not soft juicy was very very little onions peppers chillis, I’m comparing this others in Darwen and these are by far the worst.Rang to give them chance to resolve but was not I tested overall very poor quality food spring rolls not much to talk about burnt underneath noodles not bad and the delivery took an hour. GO TO HINGS not these

I had high hopes. They sent a wrong main meal so I politely rang them and asked if they could swap it. The woman said that they would. After an hour and a half of waiting, no one turned up- I rang again to see where it was. The same ignorant, RUDE woman answered, then accusing me of lying (after I had been waiting for nearly 2 hours!) and said they weren't sending anyone. She was never going to tell me this and was just going to leave me to wait all night! She then started saying, again, how I was lying and am wrong and accused me of eating it already (when I literally had it in its box in front of me) and called me 'delusional' and 'confused' when the curry was BLACK yet meant to be YELLOW. I asked her, what happened to the customer being right? in which she replied that she is 110% sure she is right, and kNOWS I am wrong. She then started laughing at me over the phone when I said I had paid £7 for this curry and was now left with just some rice that had gone cold now anyway! Absolutely appalling, never going here again after this AWFUL customer service. I was nothing but polite to this woman when I explained the circumstance and at least expected someone to come and check it was the wrong one. Atrocious- don't waste your money!

Not happy with the customer service. I were told it were my fault they hadn't put the kid in the food properly which has spilt every where, all I wanted was them to replace it, I were told it were my fault. DO NOT GO, Have no care for customers, customer service is shocking

Communication issues. Friendly service. Average food.Investing in a native speaking employee would solve any incorrect ordering issues.

Ordered takeaway at 19.10 Saturday the 2nd was told 20mins so I went in at 19.35 and waited and waited until 19.55 and was told they was very busy and was told by the rude lady behind the counter that it was not ready and was up to me if I wanted to wait for my meal which I declined and went out the door . Poor service avoid itLuckily a young lad had ordered special fried rice so he got mine and wasn’t waiting over an hour

I ordered two portions of salt n pepper chips & three Pepsi cans. Reasonably priced at £2.50 per portion & £1 per can. The food took around 8 minutes & was full of flavour. The lady who served me had a lovely smile & was polite. Would definitely order here again & explore the menu a little more.

This is the best Chinese food I have eaten in Darwen. Good delivery service, the food is always top notch and it is very cheap for a main also compared to the others. I use it regular and will keep doing. They Singapore Vermicelli is top. Crispy chilli beef is also bang on.
