Neil was great. Took the time to understand why I was visiting and was quick to come up with a plan.Throughout the session, Neil was explaining everything he was doing and making sure I was comfortable. Neil was pleasant and professional and I left feeling much better than when I went in. Will definitely be returning.

I have had sciatica for over four months and tried everything. Had pretty much thought it was never going to go. One appointment with Neil and I feel optimistic for the first time that I am going to get this! After one appointment already an improvement but I know I am going to need a few more. Neil explained everything he was doing and I felt in safe hands and could tell he knew what he was doing. He is polite and respectful and knows his stuff. 100% recommended.

I came to Neil with calf pain in training for IRONMAN Wales - I had to completely back of run training and nothing would sort it. After two sessions with Neil it instantly felt better. I could train pain free again and I completed the race without a hint of calf pain. I would highly recommend Neil's services and he will be my go-to sports massage therapist in future.
