Ok, in all honestly, it's not very often I'll write a Google review....however when you receive the level of service I've just experienced from Guy, Paul & Stuart at HWM Aston Martin I felt it needed shouting about.From the initial contact to handover - the whole process can only be described as faultless. The attention to detail, the warmth of their hospitality and the guidance offered is and will be hard to match.As an account manager I'm a big believer in over delivering on expectation, and take my word for it, if you have the opportunity to do business with the longest established Aston Martin dealership in the land, you will not be left disappointed. Funds permitting, I will have absolutely no hesitation in making another purchase from the HWM team.

I have to be honest, it's not often i leave reviews and they haven't asked but i feel obliged to. This dealer has to be one of the best main dealer experiences that i have had to date. From the initial inquiry in having to hold a car for me right up until some small issues post sale, nothing has been too hard to sort. They have managed to come to solutions at every corner and nothing has felt like its a burden to them. The most professional establishment i have come across. The dealership that all others must aspire to. From the first enquiry to actually picking the car up was second to non, a trouble free car buying experience. They even picked us up from our hotel as we had travelled and stopped overnight before handover. If you want a first class Aston or a car of your dreams dont hesitate to contact HWM.

I did my research before deciding who to trust with my Aston servicing having had issues with other dealers. I can honestly say I have not been disappointed. From start to finish it has been great. I utilised the Flying Tech option which is fantastic by the way. Mike was super informative talking me through all that had been done and any potential future items to keep an eye on, friendly and helpful. His work is second to none.Highly recommended, will definitely use again.

Fantastic dealer experience start to finish, purchased my first Aston, a 10 year old Vantage, and the whole experience was flawless! I was treated really well, and to say it was a second hand car i was made to feel special, and even got the new car flowers and dealer reveal experience on collection as a new buyer would. The Sales team , Stuart Parker in particular, know their cars, and went the extra mile to ensure the car was in tip top condition and ready for me as a new owner. First Aston and couldn't be happier!

I too don’t often leave reviews but the service my son and I received was exceptional! He was buying his first car and from the minute we arrived we were so well looked after, from Susan on reception to Guy, Paul and Ollie who took time to show us round and answer every question and not once were we given any pressure. A truly great dealership and understand why it has been around for so many years! Keep it up team and we will be back. Thank you again for all your help.
