Frozen Pizza Dough balls- sourdough Massarellas

Have been using for the past 9 months. Consistently great pizza bases, which come well packaged.Freinds have commented on just how great the bases are, and I have to own up and tell them I buy them in!Just not worth the hassle of trying to make your own when these can be delivered to your door, then you just need to defrost for 7 hours. Simple.

Purchased another batch of sourdough today. Their 00 dough is amazing, but the sourdough takes it to the next level, whether you use it indoors in your oven or outdoors in your pizza oven or barbecue, great for family and friends.

Bought 20 x 250g dough balls and they’re excellent. Really friendly and helpful service when I went to collect. Stayed socially distanced too. The actual dough is brilliant. Keep in the freezer and then take out 4-6 hours before I want to use it, leaving it to prove in a bowl near the radiator. Use on my Ooni Koda and the dough produces results I’ve never been able to replicate myself. Will be buying all future dough from here instead of making it myself.

I've been ordering dough from Massarellas for a while now and I have to say that they turn out to be THE best pizzas. If you're going to make your own pizzas - get the best ingredients you can and start with dough from Massarellas. Easy to order and great value. Would highly recommend.

These pizza dough balls are hands down the best quality I have found (and have searched quite a lot). The service is impeccable, communication brilliant and the end product is simply fantastic. I wish I could provide more than 5 stars!

Great experience buying, especially at the moment when flour and Yeast is scarce so wonderful for someone else to make the dough!Great contact free service - message on fb or through the website, they'll get back in touch to confirm your order and agree when you can collect it. Payment via bank transfer before you collect.Meet them at the unit, open the boot, in it pops all totally contact free! Some great advice given about how to get the best out of the dough and a few hours later we were eating yummy pizza!I'd defo recommend and it's really good value too. We are based near Chapel allerton and it was worth the drive over to wetherby to collect.Give it a go! Bellissimo!

Absolutely amazing, taste and texture of the doe was amazing , also the service I received was absolutely fantastic , instructions emailed to me on how to de-frost the doe , 10/10 will definitely be ordering more , thank you for a wonderful service
