So happy with my daughters nails. She got a full set of acrylics and the staff were happy to show me how it's done and answer my questions. Excellent job at a good price, will be returning again soon.

Shellac gel chipped after one day. I did tell the lady to go over them again but I don't think she understood (her colleague told her what to do first). Unless you get the owner I really wouldn't bother going here. Patchy in places, not done properly in others and now chipped. Complete waste of £23.

I had my nails done for the first time at the shop and was very happy with them. After a few days all the nail varnish started to crack and come away and most of them snapped of with in 2 weeks. I then rang and spoke to someone and they told me to come in to the shop and they would do them again free of charge, I went back to the shop and the make staff member started to be very nasty towards me saying that I was a liar! And that they would not do them again unless I brought all the nails that had snapped of in and they would stick them back on. Not very polite people and would not go back again !!

Spent 2 hours 15 minutes getting my nails done today as I kept being left whilst they did other things! I've been going here for a long time and though the customer service is usually pretty poor this was just an absolute joke! Do not reccomend at all would have left 0 stars if i could

Love having my nails done here! Take about a hour and 15 minutes. So far none of mine have chipped nor has a nail snapped off, Decent prices too
